The ELARC Living™ Referral Program allows certified homeowners to earn referral incentives by introducing other qualified homeowners to the ELARC Living™ certification process.
This program is designed to reward referrals in a transparent and structured way while maintaining the integrity and standards of the ELARC Living™ certification system
Escalating Referral Earnings
1st referral: $1,000
2nd referral: $1,500
3rd referral: $2,000
4th referral: $2,500
5th referral: $3,000
6th referral: $3,500
7th referral: $4,000
8th referral: $4,500
9th referral: $5,000 (annual max reached)
Every referral after that: $500 until calendar year resets
How the Referral Program Works
The ELARC Living™ Referral Program rewards certified homeowners for referring other homeowners who successfully complete the ELARC Living™ certification process.
Referral earnings increase with each successful referral within a calendar year, following the escalating structure outlined above.
Refer 5 people and your certification is free.
Refer 9 people and you’ve earned $26,000.
The annual referral earnings cap resets every January 1st.
Why License ELARC Living™
The ELARC Living™ Referral Program is available to certified homeowners only. Referral incentives are issued only after the referred homeowner successfully completes the ELARC Living™ certification process.
Referral earnings are calculated per calendar year.
The escalating referral structure applies until the annual cap is reached.
After the annual cap is reached, referrals continue at $500 per referral until the calendar year resets.
The referral earnings cap resets every January 1st.
There is no limit on the number of referrals a homeowner may submit.
Referral incentives are not guaranteed and are subject to certification completion.
