Why I Built This

I'm a residential property owner. I've rented rooms in my own home. And I learned the hard way that good people make bad decisions when they don't have the right information.

In 2022, I rented a room to someone with perfect references and a clean background check. Three months later, I was filing for eviction. The process cost me $22,000 and six months of my life.

That's when I realized two things:

Second: The problem wasn't renting space in my home. The problem was how I was doing it.
