ELARC certifies private residential suites only. This includes your private bedroom, bathroom access, and onsite laundry facilities.

Kitchens, living rooms, and shared spaces are not certified. This model preserves privacy, safety, and professional boundaries.

Step 4: Character Meeting — Rules, Plans & Final Questions

Before signing anything, you meet for a structured character conversation to discuss house rules, daily expectations, financial terms, and any last-minute questions. This is the mutual alignment checkpoint.
